Travailler sur une variété d'initiatives liées au recrutement, aux relations de travail, aux relations avec les employés, à la gestion des talents, aux évaluations des compétences, à l'engagement et à d'autres programmes RH.
Soutenir le processus de recrutement et de sélection, la prévision de la demande et l'analyse des données de planification de la main-d'œuvre, afin d'assurer une solide réserve de talents.
Aider à la mise en place et à la gestion de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux.
Aider à résoudre les problèmes liés aux relations de travail et aux relations avec les employés.
Travailler sur plusieurs projets avec l'équipe des ressources humaines des opérations pour soutenir l'efficacité des processus, l'augmentation de l'engagement, le développement des employés et l'I&D.
Analyser les données RH à l'aide d'outils tels qu'Excel et Power BI et transformer les informations en actions grâce à des rapports et des documents concis.
Administrer les informations sur les données RH et maintenir le système.
