Role and responsibilities
• Responsible for guiding new Franchise Partners in Center Set Up.
• Creation of system ID's/Payment Mapping/Order Process etc in collaboration with Finance Team.
• Set Up Zoom/Google Meet calls to review the Center Level progress
• Work closely with internal teams to extend timely support and resolve issues:
Coordinate with Business team to ensure smooth centre launch.
• Follow up for timely release of Franchise Agreement with COT
• Ensure EPMS has been updated with correct details and Fee Card.
• Coordinate with Respective stakeholders for EPMS training and with Academic Operations team for
timely partner and teacher training.
• Collect feedback for all the Process & Product trainings conducted and share with relevant
stakeholders/
• Facilitate the marketing launch plans by coordinating with the Brand team
• Ensure timely release of centre kits by coordinating with the Supply chain team.
• Assist the franchise partners in fee card finalization
• Conduct regular surveys, closely monitor the NPS score and take corrective action wherever
necessary.
• Handhold new franchise partners for a period of 6 months and ensure regular touchpoints as defined
to capture feedback and status (30-60-+0 day settling in feedback)
