Asst Shop Managers
One of the South India’s largest fruits importers & distributors recruiting Assistant Shop managers in various cities in Kerala and outside Kerala. Qualifications Graduation in any discipline. Basic to advanced skills in Computer operation (Tally, MS Excel, Word etc.) Knowledge about Sales & Inventory Management Applications Selling skills and ability to talk to a customer in local language Cash Management & Accounting skills will be added advantage Ability to build good relationship with customer. Job Description Call customers and take Sales Orders and enter it in ERP. Attend the retail customers who come early morning to the market place (from 6.30 onwards) and process their orders and bills. Influence the customer to sell more using selling skills. Verify and tally Daily cash & Bank Ensure minimal wastage and losses. Daily payment follow-up with customers. Daily planning in Excel for next day stock. Terms & Conditions Willingness to work in any branches in India Willingness to stay in company accommodation and work in different shifts.
