Experience - 8 to 10 years
Location - Ghansoli (Navi Mumbai)
Reporting - Head - Strategic Business Excellence
1 week travel in a month would be there
Conceptualize, design and operationalize the internal audit function for the company. Audits would cover critical customer facing processes as well as internal governance related process
Lead the audit team of auditors
Ensure that the audits are conducted as designed
Derive insights from the audits and come up with areas of improvements
Drive the improvements by closely interacting with various stakeholders
Ensure that organization runs as the agreed SOPs by using audits and continuous improvement tools as levers
Supervise the Process Team in terms of ensuring that the organizational processes are streamlined and made customer friendly.
