Job Title: Audit Supervisor/Manager Real Estate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Supervisor/Manager to oversee our Real Estate audit team. The Audit Supervisor/Manager will be responsible for performing and managing audits for Real Estate properties to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy of financial statements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Plan and execute audits for Real Estate properties in accordance with auditing standards
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of improvement
Manage a team of auditors and provide guidance and training as needed
Review audit workpapers and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
Communicate audit findings to management and provide recommendations for improvements
Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support audit activities
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to Real Estate audits
Assist in developing audit policies and procedures to enhance audit quality and efficiency
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, with at least 2 years in Real Estate auditing
Strong knowledge of audit standards, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
