Job Description
Ensure all organizational processes and internal audits are completed as per schedule.
Prepare and circulate system management and audit reports on time.
Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
Coordinate with departmental auditors for timely submission and accuracy of audit files.
Track non-conformities, process updates, and assist in implementing new systems as required.
Support process audits, generate monthly reports, and ensure compliance with QMS procedures.
Prepare and upload minutes of meetings (MOMs) in the data management system (DMS).
Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination, and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy with accuracy in documentation.
Proactive, responsible, and a good team player.
Proficient in MS Office and related tools.
Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and standards.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards (ISO 13485, ISO 14001).
Understanding of QMS concepts and SOP interpretation.
