Position Overview
Details of the Division and Team:
The Institutional Client Group is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Bank.

Your key responsibilities:
Support coverage of local and offshore institutional clients on Australian Rates products, with a particular focus on cash bond markets in particular
Work closely alongside the Rates Trading desk, Syndicate and Research to help with market intelligence and the development of client relationships
Executing and booking trades with the Principal desk, new issue order taking and general secondary market coverage
Provide regular market updates to clients and the broader team, identifying themes and market drivers
Support desk initiatives and efforts in developing data analysis and trade ideas
Work closely with internal support functions across the bank
Assist in managing ISDA/Documentation/KYC process
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in a Rates-oriented Sales or Trading role
Intellectually curious, enthusiastic individuals with a strong interest in the macroeconomic environment
Effective communication skills and an ambitious mindset
You have a passion for financial markets and being part of a team
You are detail-oriented and can work well under pressure
