Job Title: Experienced Australian Tax Accountant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Australian Tax Accountant to join our team at Counthq.
Main Responsibilities:
• Tax Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely Australian Company, Partnership, Trust, and Group tax returns, financial statements, and working papers.
• Individual Tax Returns: Prepare individual tax returns for clients.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize popular software used for Australian tax, specifically Xero.
• Team Management: Manage, train, and review team members as required.
Communication Skills:
• Language Fluency: Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Cross-Cultural Communication: Ability to communicate directly with foreign clients over the phone.
Experience:
Mandatory Requirements: Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in an Australian KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) firm.
Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Accounting from a recognized institution.
• Professional Certifications: CA/CS/ICWA dropouts or qualified professionals.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM start, 8.5 hours.
