We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Collision Estimator to join our team in Hollywood, CA. As an Auto Collision Estimator, you will play a critical role in assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and ensuring a smooth process for our customers and insurance partners. Key Responsibilities:
Write Estimates: Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
Liaise with Insurance Companies: Collaborate with insurance adjusters to negotiate repair costs, supplements, and approvals to ensure timely and fair resolutions.
Customer Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers, explaining repair processes, timelines, and costs.
Maintain Records: Document all estimates, communications, and job progress accurately to ensure compliance and transparency.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and management to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to customer satisfaction.
