2 Departments you will be considered for:
Customer
Care Representative
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with one late night a week * AM - 6PM. Will also include one late Friday rotating every four weeks which also includes 1-2 Saturdays a month 8 AM –-12 PM.
• Job Duties: Answering incoming calls throughout the day from customers who need assistance with their account, payment information, title request, payment options, logging into website etc.
