Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate accurate Proforma Invoices based on client requirements and project specifications.
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to gather necessary data and specifications.
Maintain records of quotations, material costs, and project timelines.
Work with AutoCAD to read or extract details from technical drawings when needed.
Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients and follow up as needed.
Use MS Excel to manage data, pricing structures, and reporting.
Assist with documentation, billing support, and project coordination when required.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in preparing invoices or handling project documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, tables, formatting, and reports).
Working knowledge of AutoCAD (ability to read/edit technical drawings).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in modular furniture or manufacturing domain is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
