Job Description
Participate in project planning to understand project requirements and timelines. Develop comprehensive test plans that outline the testing scope, approach, resources, and schedule.
Execute manual test cases to validate software functionality against specified requirements.
Identify, document, and prioritize defects, ensuring accurate and detailed bug reports.
Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand the application features and requirements.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a common understanding of testing objectives.
Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
Provide regular status updates on testing progress and report any roadblocks or challenges.
Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and. methodologies.

What you bring:
Education in computer science or relevant to the position.
3+ years of experience in similar functions.
Experience in test automation would be an asset.
Help create and drive the QA mindset in the team.
An ability to drive progress in ambiguous problem areas independently.
A passion for leaving things better than you found them.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with regularly changing priorities.
Strong independent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Fluent in English. French will be an advantage.
