At Midtown Honda, we are seeking individuals interested in the role of Detailer. The Detailer, under the direction of the Service Manager, will primarily be responsible to wash and detail vehicles.
Experience is not necessary. Training would be provided as we would love to invest in the right candidate.
Job Qualifications:
· Detailing experience, while not required, is considered an asset.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Ability to lift heavy items and to stand for long periods of time.
Job Requirements:
· Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for showroom display
· Prepare all sold vehicles for delivery
· Perform visual inspections of all vehicles and assess condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the car wash bay
· Report any damage to vehicle to management immediately.
· Efficiently guide vehicles into wash area to provide best possible completion time
· Perform visual inspections in the car wash bay to ensure that all equipment and chemicals are in working order and functioning as designed
· Wash and detail vehicles as part of our service wash team
· Assist in keeping all dealership property clean and organized and ensure dealership effects are kept in their proper place
· Be accessible and polite to guests and coworkers, addressing any guest concerns in a professional manner to ensure positive guest experience
· Other duties as assigned by management
