Job Description
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with departments such as design, engineering, logistics, and supply chain to streamline operations.
• Prioritize production tasks, balancing customer orders, production capabilities, and inventory levels.
• Propose a plan for expansion and identify the root cause for problems with solutions.
• C coordinate with the Sales team to get delivery on time, and take care of end-to-end logistics till the product is delivered.
• Ensure that the production processes comply with quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and implement continuous improvement processes to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
