Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of office management practices. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, human resources knowledge, and financial acumen to support our team effectively.

Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee scheduling and calendar management for team members.
• Coordinate event planning and logistics for company functions.
• Supervise office staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records using Dealertrack DMS.
• Issue checks and manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Implement clerical procedures such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with external partners through professional phone etiquette and correspondence.
• Provide support in human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in dealership office management is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Dealertrack DMS for financial management tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team management and development.
• Familiarity with schedule management and calendar coordination tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
