Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and effectively, directing calls as needed
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Handle filing, record keeping, and document management with accuracy
Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading, mailing, and organizing office supplies
Support bookkeeping activities and basic financial recordkeeping when necessary
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting client needs
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment
Support medical or dental office functions if applicable, including patient check-in/out procedures
Experience
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in office settings or medical/dental environments
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and filing
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in medical or dental offices is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific duties such as bookkeeping or specialized software use
Pay: $15.80-$18.00 per hour
