Service Advisor Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the service scheduler daily, handling customer pay and warranty work.
You will actively manage our call strategy to engage existing customers, focusing on operational maintenance. Collaboration with our Service Manager is essential to establish and follow shop workflow for pre- and post-production work.
Key responsibilities include communicating daily appointments and necessary hours to fill the scheduler in Salesforce, receiving sublet and inventory parts, and coordinating transportation requests. You will also be required to greet clients upon arrival and follow our established customer reception process.
A successful candidate will possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of experience in automotive repair management.
