Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing payments and maintaining transaction records.
Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to relay customer concerns and service requirements efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring all customer interactions are conducted in a professional environment.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
Skills
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell services effectively.
Excellent cash handling abilities, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic mechanical knowledge or experience as a mechanic is advantageous for understanding customer needs better.
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology to communicate effectively with both customers and technicians.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
