Let’s just say I’m looking for experienced auto technicians that want to get out of the hustle-and-bustle of whatever metro area you are currently living in, and move to the great blueberry-picking, ax-throwing, clean air (unless there is a forest fire) state of Alaska. YOU are my target audience!
So, now that I have your attention, here is what I’m offering:
A Generous Sign on Bonus to help you move your very robust collection of tools, fishing gear, throwing axes, hunting gear, etc.
17 Days Paid Time Off given to Master Certified Honda, Toyota and Subaru Techs on Day 1!
All techs start earning Paid Sick Leave on Day 1!
An honest flat rate salary of roughly $30-47 per flat rate hour…depending on experience, certifications, etc.
Monthly efficiency Bonus and yearly production Bonuses.
Medical, dental, and vision plan options.
Paid holiday/time off. Because of “The Call of the Wild”, you’re gunna want to be there! (plus, that’s where the blueberries are)
