This is a flat-rate position in a shop that stays busy and is equipped to support high-level diagnostics and repair work. If you can produce and want to be paid for it, this is the environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose, repair, and maintain all makes and models (cars, light-duty trucks, SUVs)
Perform full-spectrum work:
Maintenance services
Electrical and drivability diagnostics
Engine and transmission replacement
Driveline, axle, and transfer case work
Follow diagnostic procedures and flowcharts
Read and execute work orders accurately
Document findings clearly (notes, digital inspections, communication)
Shop Capabilities (You’ll Actually Have the Tools to Do the Job)
2 Snap-on scan tools
1 Bosch scan tool
1 Autel scan tool
1 OTC scan tool
1 iScan scan tool
2 dedicated programming PCs
Alignment machine
No tire work – focus stays on diagnostics and repair
What We’re Looking For
Strong diagnostic ability (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic)
Able to consistently produce in a flat-rate environment
Understand and follow structured diagnostic processes
Clean driving record
Own tools required
Able to lift 70 lbs
Willing to continue training and improve

8-hour shifts
