Responsibilities:
Vehicle Maintenance & Repair: Inspect, diagnose, and maintain vehicles by performing tasks such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, wheel balancing, and replacing filters.
Be capable of working independently and with limited immediate supervision
Capability to direct assistants and mentor Apprentices as assigned
Submit written detailed documentation when vehicle, equipment, repairs and inspections are completed
Keep a clean and organized working environment
Assist with facility upkeep as required
Qualifications and Skills
Journeyman's Certificate
Hold a Out of Province Inspection Certification (preferred but not required), or have the ability to achieve the certificate
Class 5 drivers license
