The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Airconditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
· Install, service, and maintain refrigeration systems residential and commercial sites
· Interpret wiring diagrams, job sheets, and manufacturer specs for accurate installations
· Diagnose faults, identify causes, and carry out effective repairs
· Replace or repair system components including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control panels
· Modify and fabricate mounting brackets and pipework as needed
· Pressure-test and inspect systems for leaks
· Recharge systems with refrigerants and test for compliance
· Maintain accurate service records and reports
· Respond to on-site breakdowns and support routine maintenance
· Uphold safety procedures and ensure work environments remain clean and secure
What We’re Looking For
· Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
· Minimum of 2 years’ full-time, post-qualification experience (transport or commercial refrigeration)
· Current ARCtick licence
· Strong diagnostic and repair skills
· Sound understanding of safety and compliance standards
· Excellent communication and reporting ability
· Full legal work rights in Australia
