Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. To ensure that candidate profiles/skills match the Job Description/Organizational needs. Screening, short listing, Scheduling Interview, Salary Negotiations & Appointment formalities. Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms. Ensure job postings accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Update candidate information, track interview feedback, and document recruitment activities. Managing pipeline for back up candidates till the candidate is placed. Handling mass/bulk recruitment through advertisements, networking, database building and web resources, Campus Hiring. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Scheduling drives/interviews, keeping track of the offered candidates to ensure their joining. Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
