Seeking a P&C Insurance SME to lead transition, solutioning, and growth of broker support operations for the US market. This role blends transition leadership, product thinking, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end transition of P&C insurance operations (broker support)
• Drive solutioning, GTM inputs, and new business support (RFPs/proposals)
• Manage client relationships & stakeholder communication
• Ensure SLA delivery, quality, and operational excellence
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and new solutions
• Mentor teams and drive performance (Quality, TAT, Productivity)
