Job Description
1. Minimum of 18+ year of progressive experience in handling overseas and India account in software development and maintenance.
2. At least working for current organization for minimum of 3 years under the capacity of General Manager, AVP, Director, Sr. Director, Program director
3. Must have handled account of size 4 million USD per annum for software services delivery or 50 cr / per annum of India SI account (Hardware + Software + Services).
4. Have managed P&L of account.
5 Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to build high performance team, with excellent people management and communication skills.
6. Good knowledge/understanding on current and past technology and platform such as Web Application (Old vs Modern), Data warehousing, Web Services, Microservice based architecture, SOA fundamentals.
7. Good understanding of all the native services of any major cloud service provider.
8. Should have evolved to senior role from software development experience on Java J2EE / .Net Technology/Middleware Technologies/Analytics
+. Preferable pass out from premier institute (IIT/REC etc)
10. Past demonstratable experience in software development
11. Demonstratable experience in managing account of at least 150-200 team members.
12. Demonstratable experience of handling complex program/demanding customer/ or transforming of badly executed account/program.

1. Very strong fundamentals in project/program lifecycle.
2. Skilled in creating detail plans, schedule, estimation.
3. Skilled in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project
4. Knowledge on team dynamics and performance management and feedback.
5. Knowledge on customer behavior and management.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Excellent presentation skills.
8. Ability to drive team and technology without much of supervision
