Description : We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end platform delivery, enterprise automation, and scalable application development. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, team leadership, and stakeholder management, ensuring high-quality delivery across ServiceNow initiatives.Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end ServiceNow delivery across ITSM and custom/scoped applications- Manage and mentor a team of developers, senior developers, and architects- Own solution architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support- Drive enterprise automation initiatives and promote low-code/citizen development with governance- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and orchestration tools- Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and compliance- Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions- Establish and enforce coding standards, quality benchmarks, and best practices- Drive Agile delivery and ensure adherence to SDLC processes- Identify opportunities for platform optimization and innovationRequired Skills & Experience : - 12+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow delivery and leadership exposure- Hands-on expertise in ITSM modules and custom application development- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, workflows, and automation- Experience in CMDB, integrations, and ServiceNow platform administration- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise projects and teams- Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications : - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / Architect- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation programs (ref: hirist.tech)
