AWS Certified Database Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and certified AWS Database Administrator to join our team The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing, optimizing, and maintaining databases within the AWS cloud environment As an AWS Certified Database Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our AWS database infrastructure This role involves database design, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support our organizations data needs Roles & Responsibilities Build and maintain high availability and quality cloud-based database systems. Design and implement cloud-based databases based on requirement information needs and views. Define users and ensure timely and appropriate data distribution to the right users in the desired format. Utilize high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data to ensure data integrity. Minimize database downtime and optimize parameters for fast query responses. Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users as needed. Establish and enforce database policies, procedures, and standards, and document them appropriately. Conduct regular tests and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity. Basic Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in cloud database administration. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in working with cloud-based database systems. Strong skills in data management support and training. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with high-speed transaction recovery techniques and data backup strategies. Ability to optimize database parameters for improved query performance. Knowledge of database security, privacy, and integrity practices. Good understanding of database policies, procedures, and standards.
