Our direct Client is looking for Azure Data Architect -12 Months Contract-Hybrid position (3 days a week in office) at San Antonio, TX
Job Description:
• Responsible for definition, creation, and maintenance of architecture artifacts of Enterprise Data solutions including data architecture, data flow diagrams, conceptual/logical data models, data dictionaries, and database design.
• Provide leadership, oversight, and development execution of data architecture design and associated delivery.
• Provide training and coaching to other team members on data architecture standards and best practices, along with the necessary governance to ensure such standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business intelligence developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Investigating & analyzing data sources to identify relevant information for inclusion in our data solutions.
• Document and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven experience in architecting enterprise-wide data platforms and data management solutions for complex environments
• Hands on experience in Azure tools such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Notebooks & Azure SQL database
• Proficiency in SQL, query optimization and relational databases
• Good understanding of Git as well as Agile & SDLC methodologies
• Experience with Commercial Real Estate tools (e.g., Yardi, Argus)
