Position Overview:
Weare looking for dedicated B. Tech CS/IT Asst. Professors who are passionate about teaching, research, and mentoring students. This role is perfect for individuals with a deep commitment to academic excellence and an innovative approach to education.
Key Responsibilities : ● Engage&Inspire: Teach undergraduate students in Computer Science and Information Technology, delivering high-quality lectures, labs, and practical sessions.
● Curriculum Development: Design and update course content, integrating the latest industry trends, technologies, and pedagogical strategies to keep learning relevant and impactful.
● Mentor&Guide: Supervise student projects, provide academic advising, and support students in developing their skills, preparing them for successful careers in tech.
● Drive Innovation in Learning: Introduce new teaching methodologies, explore cutting-edge technologies, and continuously seek ways to enhance the educational experience for students.
● Academic Leadership: Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to program reviews, and engage in curriculum planning to enhance the academic environment.
● Use Technology: Utilize modern educational technologies and digital tools to create an interactive and engaging learning experience. What We’re Looking For:
● Qualifications: ○ Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (M. Tech/Ph. D. preferred). ○ Asolid academic background with a strong understanding of UGC norms.
● Experience : ○ Minimum5-10 years of teaching experience in a university or college setting.
● Skills: ○ In-depth knowledge of core CS/IT subjects such as programming, data structures, AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, and software engineering. ○ Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technology to enhance the learning experience. ○ Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
