Job Description
Banking Analyst - Start in the US (2-Jan-2026) for 3-6 months training and then go back to India and work from home. Excellent analytical and communication skills required (No specialized banking knowledge required - complete training provided).
Analyze customer accounts activity by extracting information from multiple systems and compare it against do's and don'ts mentioned in the bank policy. Prepare summary reports to narrate what all activity happened and whether the customer violated the bank policy.
Main activities
1. Monitor the financial transactions of selected customers (across multiple systems)
2. Look for activity that violated the bank policy (and prepare summary reports)
3. Communicate with internal departments to gather more information, if required
4. Ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
5. Ability to achieve daily deadlines

2. Commitment to work US hours after going back to India (Monday to Friday +am – 5pm EST)
3. Good analytical/ logical skills
4. Willingness to learn new things by putting extra effort
