About the role:
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing US team and contribute to the expansion of the B2B business. In this role you will play a critical part in expanding our net new customer base and contributing to new revenue. We are looking for a BDR who has strong outbound skills, introducing and selling SaaS to business vertical leaders and C-levels, with a particular emphasis on HR verticals. We are looking for someone with 1+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, with proven experience exceeding targets, and who is looking to level up! The role reports to our B2B Head of Business Development, Americas, and will work closely with our marketing and sales team.
You will:
Own and manage a pipeline of accounts from the North America market
Pursue new leads and identify business opportunities through warm and cold calling, industry/company events, social media outreach, among others
Conduct high-level discovery conversations with key stakeholders in target accounts
Qualify leads with research, identify decision makers, and generate interest in our platform
Work closely with the sales team to handover opportunities as well as document prospect requirements and details in our CRM
You have:
Valuable and relevant outbound sales experience
1+ years of experience as a BDR in B2B SaaS sales with SME clients
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and agreed KPIs
Target-driven mentality and a fearless approach to your work
Experience working with Hubspot or a similar CRM tool
Experience working with tools like Outreach, Zoominfo, 6Sense, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Gong and more
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience working within a SAAS startup environment is a plus
Delight in rising to the challenge of ambitious growth targets
Business proficiency of the Spanish language is preferred but not required; additional languages are a plus!

Salary Information:
In New York City, the reasonable annualized full-time salary for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 with the potential to earn additional income through our competitive variable compensation structure. Placement within this salary range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
For all other locations, the reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is in line with competitive geographic market rates for this role and will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
