Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive B2B & eCommerce Sales Assistant to support wholesale customers, online sales operations, social media execution, and inventory planning. This is a hands-on role combining sales coordination, digital support, and data reporting.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales Support
Communicate with B2B customers (orders, enquiries, follow-ups)
Assist with order processing, invoicing coordination, and customer support
Maintain client records and support account development
Support new B2B onboarding
eCommerce Operations
Manage product uploads and updates on Shopify
Assist with online promotions and campaign setup
Monitor online orders and coordinate fulfilment
Support website content and basic optimisation
Social Media & Trend Support
Assist with social media posting (IG / TikTok etc.)
Stay on top of beauty trends and support content ideas
Help prepare simple visuals / product posts
Support influencer or campaign coordination
Reporting & Inventory Planning
Prepare basic sales reports (B2B + eCommerce)
Track best sellers and slow movers
Assist inventory planning and replenishment suggestions
Support forecasting and stock coordination with warehouse
What We’re Looking For
Experience in B2B sales support, eCommerce, or retail operations
Familiar with Shopify (basic product & order management)
Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
Good communication skills and customer service mindset
Interest in beauty trends and social media
Organised, proactive, and able to multitask
Able to think independently and execute tasks
Long-term mindset preferred
Bonus if you have:
Social media experience
Beauty / FMCG background
Basic data analysis skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
