Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential B2B clients, presenting products and services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
Qualifications
• B2B Sales, Account Management, and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the safety technology or related industry is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Salary : (3 Month probation)
• 1st Month : Target will be +0k INR Salary will be 10k INR
• 2nd Month : Target will be 120k INR Salary will be 15k INR
• 3rd Month : Target will be 200k INR Salary will be 17k INR
From the 4th month your fixed salary will be upto 22k based on the interview.
Note : You will only Go to the next month and have your salary only if you cleared the target of the previous month
