The BA-SBA_AP_QC_GCC_USA Officer is a key role within the organization, responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of accounting and payment processing. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, invoice processing, and payment processing. The Officer will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality control, ensuring all processes are compliant with company standards and regulations.
Principal Accountabilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting including the meticulous processing of invoices and paymentsbr Ensure all accounting processes are executed with the utmost accuracy and quality maintaining high standardsbr Utilize SAP and MS Office to efficiently manage and organize data generate comprehensive reports and perform essential tasksbr Collaborate effectively with other departments and teams to ensure seamless financial operationsbr Maintain a strong customer focus promptly and professionally addressing all customer inquiries and issuesbr Uphold and enforce company compliance standards ensuring all operations align with these regulationsbr Continually strive for operational excellence by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changesbr Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen using this knowledge to make informed decisions and drive business successbr Foster a global mindset appreciating the diverse needs and perspectives of team members and customers worldwidebr Exhibit strong interpersonal skills building positive relationships with team members customers and other stakeholdersbr Show a spirit of entrepreneurship by taking initiative and demonstrating innovation in all tasks and projectsbr Strive for people excellence leading by example and inspiring others to achieve high standards
