What does the role involve?
Deliver lessons in accordance with association guidelines
Create a fun and positive pool experience
Guarantee the highest levels of safety at every session
Support the PXM (Poolside Experience Manager) with any queries regarding member progress
Maintain accurate records of all members
Communicate effectively with parents/guardian of babies/toddlers participating in lessons

· You will have an STA Aquatic Teaching Baby and Pre-School Swimming or Swim England Level 2 Teaching Swimming to Babies and Toddlers qualification
· A successful record of teaching children to swim
· Perseverance and patience
· A natural coach who takes pride in planning and delivering pool lessons
· Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
· Ability to interact and communicate effectively with parents
· A genuine passion and active involvement in poolside activities

Ability to commute/relocate:
Wigan WN3 6QZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
Baby and Toddler Swim Teacher Qualification (required)
