Vacancy for a baby, toddler and pre-school swimming teacher, teaching from birth to 4 years.
• Location- Heston, Hounslow, West London
• Also recruiting for Tooting and Southfields, SW London.
• Weekend work essential.
• Part time and permanent position.
• Full training provided and funded by Puddle Ducks.
• £11.50 ph whilst training (approx. 3 months depending on the applicant).
• £18.00 ph for the first year rising to £22.50+
• No previous experience necessary for the right applicant.
• Year round position. 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year
• Opportunities to work as a poolside assistant or to cover other teacher hours are always available.

New to teaching?
No swimming teacher experience is required to apply for this role - many of our current teachers started from scratch! Working for us is ideal if you want a permanent, part-time position, we’ll guide you through your qualifications.
You will need to take the Swimming Teachers Association (STA) Baby and Pre School Swimming course before joining us for our bespoke Puddle Ducks training.
Already qualified?
If you hold the STA BPS or Swim England qualification already, you simply need to complete our bespoke Puddle Ducks training course before starting to teach with us.
The right person for the job…
• You will be friendly, professional and 100% reliable.
• Confidently swim 25 meters and dive down to the bottom of the pool.
• Committed to working within the role for at least 2 years
Support is always on hand from the whole Puddle Ducks network, as well as comprehensive learning material. You must be happy to put the study hours in and work independently.

Puddle Ducks South West London is a successful baby and child swim school set up in 2012. Our brilliant team of 20 swimming teachers, poolside assistants and office staff deliver quality, fun swimming classes to babies and children in private warm pools across the South West.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.50-£23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 15 per week
