Salsatown is looking for charismatic, friendly, and experienced Bachata instructors (both male and female) to join our team in Surry Hills, Sydney.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid experience teaching Bachata (group classes + foundations)
Brings great energy, confidence, and stage presence
Is warm, approachable, and professional
Can create a fun learning environment while keeping technique clean
Has strong musicality and can break down movements clearly
Works well with a team and helps build a positive community vibe
Bonus points if you:
Can assist with social nights / workshops / performances
Are active on socials and happy to help with promo content
Location: Surry Hills (Sydney)
