As a Backend Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our website infrastructure. You will be responsible for enhancing our existing website, implementing tracking tools, building scalable APIs, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies. Your problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ability to adapt to change will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Design and build an efficient, scalable website which can handle thousands of customers at a time.
• Adding more features to our existing website which can ease the campaign launching process for campaigners.
• Incorporating various tools which can track the user’s behaviour and other key metrics.
• Build APIs which are scalable and can help strategically partner with other companies or organisations.
• Adopting and incorporating changes as per the new technologies.
• Investigate production issues pertaining to customer features to determine root cause and implement solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to ensure design vision is maintained, the final mark-up is standards compliant, and UI deliverables are completed on time.
• Work with the real-time feedback from our users (external and internal) to make the products better.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 2-5 years of experience in backend stack MERN development or a similar role.
• B.Tech/M.Tech from premier colleges is preferred.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and a solid understanding of web fundamentals.
• Experience with backend languages, preferably Node.js, Express.js, nest.js.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS and GIT.
• Knowledge of the MongoDB database.
• Experience in building Web APIs.
• Understanding of security foundations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Ownership mindset and the ability to manage a tech team.
