Back End Developer

We are looking for a Backend Developer to produce scalable software solutions/products. You’ll be

part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from

conception to deployment.

As a Backend Developer, you should be comfortable in back-end coding languages, development

frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player. Experience of building

products using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

 Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

 Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

 Write effective APIs

 Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

 Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

 Create security and data protection settings

 Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

 Write technical documentation

 Work with business teams to improve software/product

Qualifications

 BE or B Tech degree with 2 to 3 years of experience

 Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role

 Experience of working on mobile applications

 Experience of working in a start-up is a plus point

 Familiarity with common tech stacks

 Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python etc) and JavaScript

frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)

 Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB etc), web servers (e.g. Apache etc)

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills

 Great attention to detail
