Chick-fil-A Millennium Park is seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Back-of-House Team Members. Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A's standards and recipes, ensuring the highest quality of food is served
• Uphold strict food safety and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service
• Learn and operate kitchen equipment effectively and safely
• Take part in food preparation activities, including ingredient assembly and food portioning
• Follow all Chick-fil-A procedures and policies to deliver a consistent dining experience
