As a Back Office Employee, you will be a crucial part of our operations, supporting customer service, data management, and internal coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring our e-commerce processes run smoothly while providing exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1.)Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and promptness.
2.)Resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
3.) Assist customers in product information, order processing, and troubleshooting. 4.)Maintain customer satisfaction by following up and ensuring problem resolution.
5.) Process and manage administrative tasks such as order management, data entry, and inventory tracking.
6.) Handle documentation, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7.) Manage and update spreadsheets, reports, and databases using MSExcel to ensure accuracy.
8.) Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant business documents.
9.) Collaborate with various teams within organization to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
10.) Ensure that the back-office processes are aligned with customer needs and expectations.
11.)Work closely with the management team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
12.).Preparing documents for courier shipments .
13.).Handling customer queries by phone and email
14.)Communicating with walk-in customers
15.)Monitoring Courier Shipments and Handling customer Queries and be the point of contact for all internal website queries.
16.)Communicating with Customers, Vendors, and Ecommerce Platforms on Call, WhatsApp and Email
17.)Manage daily E commerce activities like stock management.
18.)Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies

Qualifications:
Previous experience in an e-commerce environment, preferably worked in Ecommerce company will be preferred and done back office roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and basic data analysis.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Requirements:
1.) 1-3 years of experience in back-office operations or customer service in ecommerce industry is preferred.
2.) Clear, concise, and effective communication with customers and internal teams.
3.)Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to handle data and reporting.
4.) Ability to understand customer needs and deliver outstanding service.
5.)Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
6.) Comfort with using different software tools for customer service, data management, and reporting.
