Job Summary
Shrinivas Enterprises is seeking a diligent and proactive Back Office Support Executive to manage essential administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating with principle companies regarding material supplies, ensuring smooth payment follow-ups, supporting billing and dispatch activities, and preparing and sending quotations to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Material Coordination: Follow up with principle companies regarding material status, delivery timelines, and any associated documentation.
• Payment Management: Regularly follow up on pending payments, ensuring timely collection and proper record-keeping.
• Billing and Dispatch Support: Assist in the preparation of billing documents, ensure accuracy, and coordinate the dispatch of materials.
• Quotation Management: Prepare accurate quotations as per customer requirements and ensure timely submission.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record Keeping: Ensure all transactions and correspondence are well-documented and easily accessible for review.
• General Administrative Support: Assist with any other administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
