Creation of Bookings / Orders in Software
Order Allocation to Driver, Vehicle dispatch
Coordination with driver & customer on booking
Corresponding with customers via email and phone.
Ensure all booking are manage as per customer requirements.
Handling all inquiries
Ensure al drivers are following set procedures of booking in software
Monitoring the vehicle usage, Tracking of vehicle
Voucher Or Trip Activity closer in Software
Invoice generation.
