Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Manage and monitor the work of the execution team in the field via our WhatsApp channel
• Ensure the availability of media to carry out the work in the field
• Conduct quality checks through the app and photographs of the completed orders
• Coordinate for wall approvals
• Maintain an attendance sheet of the execution team and share the same with HR
• Ensure the timely completion of work by the on-field execution team as per client requirements
• Call the execution teams daily at the start of the day and in intervals to discuss the tasks
• Ensure the availability of labourers on the work site
• Provide updates of the completed project to the finance department for final billing work
• Manage timely dispatch from our printers to the on-field execution team
Note: The 3-month internship will be divided as follows: the first 3 weeks will be spent working from home, and the remaining tenure will be spent working from the office
