1.Assit admin manager
2. Handling basic office tasks, such as mail, documentation, filling, phone calls.
3. Maintain office stationery and their record.
4. Maintain first aid box.
5. Housekeeping & Security management.
6. Preparation of housekeeping and security attendance sheet for billing.
7. Vendors management.
8. Check vendors bill and make sure timely payment
+. Visitors management.
10.Pest control management.
11.Courier management.
12.Pantry management.
13.Demand consumable stores.
14.Outdoor work as and when required.
15.Attend any emergency, accident and illness of workers
