Falco Bakery is looking for a dedicated baker to join our small and friendly team.
Close interaction with the owners of the business
Evenings off
Work alongside an experienced team
Your key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the team to meet production and quality goals.
This includes participating in the production and preparation of Viennoiserie and assisting with setup, pack down, and cleaning tasks.
About us:
We are a small-batch bakery that uses traditional techniques with an innovative spin to create delicious, baked goods. We are just as obsessed with coffee as we are with locally sourced produce and ingredients so we roast our coffee around the corner. We opened our first Falco on Smith Street back in 2019 and we have been serving our community ever since.
Falco Langridge Street is our second home which we opened in February 2026.
Falco Johnston Street, our third venue, opened in December 2026.
About you:
Ideally, you will have had experience working in a kitchen or a bakery. However, to be successful in this role we are looking for someone with a passion for pastry and a desire to learn.
