Job Description
What will you do?
- Supervise the waffle production, which is including scaling, preparation of ingredients, baking, monitor baking process to ensure goods are baked to perfection and follow the recipes for production.
- Mixing and finishing various dough including baguette, waffles, pies, and cookies dough
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area as well as the equipment maintenance
- Keep track of inventory, rotation, stock record, receiving and shipping
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
What qualifications should you have?
- English speaking
- Actual bakery production and management experience is a must.
- Train and supervisor new staff.
- Previous work and baking experience in baking industry, knowledge of operating the bakery equipment such as mixer, dough sheeter and divider preferred
- Follow recipes, instructions, and attention to details
- Be able to lift a bag of flour or 25 kg bag of ingredient
- Punctual, tidy, and reliable are important
- a team player, good communication and keen to learn and always ready to lend a hand
