Pay: $40-45 per hour depending on experience
Days and Hours: 2-4 days per week (Flexible and nannies choice)

A family in Balmain are seeking a long term nanny/mothers helper who is mature, kind, empathetic, and reliable to care for their 15 month old daughter and assist with the two older boys aged 5 and 8 years old.
About the Role
The nanny will be responsible for assisting with the care of a 15-month-old, supporting homework for older children, and helping with light household tasks. The role requires someone who can follow instructions and respect house rules, ensuring consistency in the children s routine.
Typical Day / Responsibilities
A typical day will vary but may include:
Caring for the 15-month-old, including playtime, reading, nappy changes, and feeding
Helping with meal prep and dinner for the children
Cleaning up after meals and activities, keeping play and living areas tidy
Assisting with homework and speech therapy activities for the older children
Washing out lunch boxes and tidying the kitchen
Running a bath and helping with the evening routine
Folding and organising laundry, putting clothes away
Vacuuming and wiping down surfaces as needed
Keeping an eye out for anything that needs tidying or organising
Looking after the 15-month-old while Mum picks up the older kids from school
At times, helping with school pick-up when required
About You
The family is looking for someone who is:
Kind, empathetic, and caring
Able to follow instructions and respect house rules
Proactive and takes initiative in maintaining a tidy home
Patient and structured, ensuring consistency for the children
Able to manage multiple tasks and assist with different age groups
Requirements
Childcare qualifications or currently studying teaching, childcare, or nursing (]not essential but working towards)
Punctual and reliable, especially if using public transport
Comfortable helping with meal preparation and light housework
Working With Children Check
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Additional Notes
No driving required at this stage
