About The Role
We're seeking a passionate Health Visitor to work collaboratively within multi-agency settings, championing health and well-being. You'll manage caseloads and deliver the Healthy Child programme, ensuring top-notch service to families, individuals, and groups in the community. Your focus? Promoting physical, social, and psychological well-being for all.
Requirements
• SCPHN Health Visitor Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate
• Current NMC Registration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in multi-agency working and child protection
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Knowledge of current health agendas relating to children, families, and health visiting
• Ability to travel to various locations for work duties
