Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Trainer to join our team on an ad hoc, bank basis to deliver engaging and effective training sessions as and when required.
We are looking for an inspirational candidate who can design and deliver training courses for people who work in residential social care supporting children and young people. Through the delivery of training you will help and achieve positive outcomes for these looked after children and young people.
Must possess the following:
Educated to a Level 5 level or equivalent.
Outstanding organisational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging presence to inspire a learning environment.
Knowledge of the children’s residential care sector.
Ability to design engaging training programmes and measure impact of learning.
